The price of the 3-day Quilcayhuanca Cojup Trek depends on the number of people in the group and on the number of porters used. There are rarely open group departures for this trek, so it is most likely that we would organise it as a private trek.

We strongly believe that our customers deserve honesty and should pay the same price since they are getting the same service.

What is included in the price?
GUIDE
One fully qualified, certified and experienced mountain guide who speaks Spanish and English if required, and who holds a first aid certificate in mountain rescue.
For the basic service one guide accompanies groups of up to 8 persons.
COOK
A professional cook who prepares a variety of healthy and delicious dishes, and who is trained to cook in a hygienic manner. The cook also acts as a porter.
PORTER
The number of porters accompanying the group depends on the size of the group and on how much weight you are willing to carry.
FOOD
All food during the trek is provided. We offer a combination of Peruvian and Western dishes. The varied, good-quality, high-energy food prepared by our professional cook is specifically suited to rigorous activity.
EQUIPMENT
We provide the following:
A good quality high mountain tent (double occupancy), a foam sleeping mat, a group medical kit, a cooking stove, all necessary dishes (knifes, forks, spoons, plates, cups, etc.), cooking utensils and pots.
PRIVATE TRANSPORT
From your hotel in Huaraz to the starting point of trek, and from the finishing point of trek back to your hotel in Huaraz.
OTHER
• Toilet paper for use while in camp
• Napkins
• A cup of coca tea brought to your tent first thing in the morning
• A black & white printed itinerary and a map of your trek in the Cordillera Blanca
• For advanced bookings a series of PDF’s that we send to you by email, including the trek’s detailed itinerary, information about Huaraz with recommendations of hotels, restaurants, etc., information about Peru, options for acclimatisation hikes

Bottled water is not included, but it is possible to boil water at no extra cost to fill you water bottle with. This can be done when we reach the camp in the afternoon and in the morning before we set off on the trek. If you prefer to use water-purifying tablets, you must bring your own.
If you plan on entering the Huascaran National Park prior to the trek, you can already buy the S/.65 Nuevos Soles entrance ticket as this ticket allows you to go in and out of the park as you wish for up to 21 days.
