Booking Process for a Private Trip
   
1. Once you have decided on which trip you want to book, contact us and let us know the trip and date that you have chosen.
Within 24 hours we will send you a confirmation email.
 
2. Fill in the booking form. Once you have filled in all the details,
please send the form back to us by email at info@quechuandes.com.
Each person must complete a separate booking form and sign it
to say that they have understood the terms and conditions
accompanying the booking.
 
3. Decide on your preferred payment method. To guarantee the departure of a trip, a non-refundable deposit is required.
The balance of the full trip price is payable at least two days prior to the scheduled date of departure of the trip.
 
  4. On receipt of your booking form and non-refundable deposit,
we will send you a confirmation by email along with a trip receipt and a set of documents containing all the necessary pre-departure
information - including a detailed itinerary, a comprehensive
equipment list, as well as any other information related to your trip.
 


Booking Process for a Group Trip
   
1. Once you have decided on which trip you want to book, contact us
and let us know the trip and date that you have chosen.
Within 24 hours we will let you know by email if we have availability.
 
If we do not have a planned group departure for your chosen trip and
date, but have availability, we will give you the option to open a new group departure. If you accept to open a new group departure, we will proceed with your booking.
 
2. Fill in the booking form. Once you have filled in all the details,
please send the form back to us by email at info@quechuandes.com.
Each person must complete a separate booking form and sign it
to say that they have understood the terms and conditions
accompanying the booking.
 
3. Decide on your preferred payment method. To join an existing group
or open a new group, a deposit is required. The deposit is non-
refundable if the trip departure is already confirmed. In the event
that a group departure is not confirmed and that we are unable to
get the minimum of persons required to guarantee the group
departure we will then refund 100% of your deposit or alternatively
if you prefer we can organize the trek just for you or a smaller group
at a higher price. The balance of the full trip price is payable at
least two days prior to the scheduled date of departure of the trip.
 
  4. On receipt of your booking form and deposit, we will send you a confirmation by email along with a trip receipt and a set of
documents containing all the necessary pre-departure information - including a detailed itinerary, a comprehensive equipment list, as well
as any other information related to your trip.
 
If your trip is not yet confirmed we will then advertise your chosen trip
and date on our website and Facebook page to try and get more people
to form a group. We need a minimum of 5 persons to guarantee a group departure. Please take into account that group departures sometimes
only get confirmed at the last minute because many tourists nowadays
have taken the habit to book only once they have arrived in Huaraz.
However, this can be very problematic because in the high season often
no guides are available at the last minute, so that is why we strongly recommend our customers to book in advance to maximize the chances of forming a group.
