• Large bag to load on the donkeys containing up to 15kg of personal belongings
• Mountain backpack (40 litres) or small summit pack
• Sleeping bag (rated - 10°C) - we can provide one if required
• Warm jacket or fleece (windproof recommended)
• Waterproof jacket (Gore-Tex recommended)
• Waterproof trousers (Gore-Tex recommended)
• A few pairs of trekking trousers
• A few t-shirts (long sleeve and short sleeve, fast dry, merino wool recommended)
• A few warm sweaters
• A few pairs of woollen trekking socks
• A few pairs of regular socks (for use in camp)
• Underwear
• Long thermal underwear (top and bottom)
• Well-worn in hiking boots
• Plastic mountaineering boots - we can provide some if required
• Crampons (technical) - we can provide some if required
• Ice axe with leash - we can provide one if required
• Water bottle (1.5 litres minimum)
• Head torch (with spare batteries)
• Sun hat or cap
• Wool or fleece hat
• Liner gloves
• Gore-Tex Gloves - we can provide some if required
