• Large bag to load on the donkeys containing up to 15kg of personal belongings
• Mountain backpack (40 litres)
• Sleeping bag (rated - 15°C) - we can provide one if required
• Warm jacket or fleece (windproof recommended)

• Waterproof jacket (Gore-Tex recommended)
• Waterproof trousers (Gore-Tex recommended)
• A few pairs of trekking trousers
• A few t-shirts (long sleeve and short sleeve, fast dry, merino wool recommended)
• A few warm sweaters
• A few pairs of woollen trekking socks
• A few pairs of regular socks (for use in camp)

• Long thermal underwear (top and bottom)
• Fleece trousers (to wear under your Gore-Tex trousers)
• Well-worn in hiking boots

• Ice screws, ice pickets, carabiners (2 locking, 3 regulars), ATC for rappelling, perlon

• Alpine Climbing Harness - we can provide one if required

• Water bottle (1.5 litres minimum)
